Who We Are
New Age Real Estate Investments is a fully integrated real estate investment company located in Lafayette Hill, PA. New Age Real Estate Investments specializes in the acquisition and renovation of residential real estate assets which benefit from our proven value-add strategy.
Our strategy involves targeting off-market properties that offer a strong balance of current cash flow and future appreciation. We seek to increase cash flow and maximize returns by improving physical conditions of the assets, improving management, and deploying cost saving mechanisms. We are currently focusing on Montgomery County, Bucks County, and the surrounding areas with plans to expand into other major markets nationally in the near term.
Our Team
Cole Hoffmann
Owner and Managing Partner
Cole Hoffmann is a founder and managing partner of New Age Real Estate Investments LLC. Cole is an experienced entrepreneur and has extensive background in Finance and Economics.
Prior to founding New Age Real Estate Investments, Cole worked as a broker between investors and off-market homeowners looking for offers. For 5 years, Cole built an extensive list of local investors who he would find buying opportunities for throughout the commercial and residential industries. Once possible, he teamed up with business partner, Jack Morris to begin acquiring their own portfolio. Now they continue purchasing throughout Montgomery County, Bucks County, and Philadelphia, PA.

Cole holds a bachelors degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Scranton and a PA Real Estate License with Long & Foster, Real Estate in Blue Bell. He continues building his rental portfolio and looks forward to expanding outside of PA.

Jack Morris
Owner and Managing Partner
Jack Morris is a founder and managing partner of New Age Real Estate Investments LLC. Jack is experienced in real estate development and has extensive expertise in construction site management.
Prior to founding New Age Real Estate Investments, Jack worked on hotel construction management sites in South New Jersey. Jack's construction career began right after high school when he moved to Sea Isle City, NJ where he stayed for about a decade. During this time, he climbed the ranks to oversee the largest hotel construction site in Sea Isle City's history to date.

Jack has managed construction sites from start to end for major residential and commercial renovations, single family/ apartment complex/ major hotel builds, and much more. He now oversees all of New Age property management, site renovations, future development plans, and more.

Mark Villaverde
Marketing Director
Mark Villaverde is the marketing director at New Age Real Estate Investments. Mark has been focused on marketing efforts in the real estate industry for over 15 years.
Prior to joining New Age Real Estate Investments in 2019, Mark was working as a marketing consultant for a multi-family investment firm based in New York. Mark continues purchasing real estate for his own portfolio and growing the marketing efforts for New Age Real Estate Investments.
